ID:	94239The epoxy coated marine plywood is installed and epoxy glued into place. I was thinking of putting something more modern than the original vinyl over it but when I got to Lowes, I found a 1/2 price piece that is almost a duplicate of what was originally there.

I'm doing a little finish sanding on the inside and starting on sanding the two patched holes on the outside. I hope to hook the running lights back put today and pull it to a convenience store vacuum cleaner this afternoon.

I'm out-of-pocket for the next few days but plan on starting the reinstall of the benches and cabinets next week. The cushion project is still looming.

ID:	94244This is the new hole for the battery cables. The other one is where the tow harness comes in. Previously I brought the cables in from under the trailer using the former battery vent hole. #LiteHouse

ID:	94474#LiteHouse - progress. Ignore the test dirt. Of course, looking at the photo, I realized I had forgotten to run the trailer light wires prior to pop rivets and caulk.

ID:	94519Unexpected find in the #LiteHouse; the company is still in business. I wonder if they still have the molds?

ID:	94520I discovered this product here on FiberglassRV when researching an earlier project. It's my go-to sealant. All the holes are getting a bit of this prior to setting the rivet.

I was bemoaning the extra parts I'll have left over after this project is done. My wife said that I should just save them for the next trailer I rebuild. Despite all odds, I seem to have married well.

ID:	94697As long as I had the trailer apart, I decided to go ahead and put in a @Youhauller style air conditioner install. The drip catcher is a biscuit pan from goodwill.

LiteHouse Trailer-4-Two Rebuild

My documentation has slowed down the past few weeks because I've been motoring thru my tasks. I'm 4 days out from pulling it off for a 6 day adventure. I'm currently working on wiring and plumbing. The weather is too wet for woodwork.

I'll post more photos soon, but in the meantime, here's a photo of my rain shade solution for the new A/C installation.

The material is vinyl floor molding. Eventually I'll figure out how to attach a screen to it. The molding is was trimmed to the correct size. Two holes were drilled where the material overlapped and secured by aluminum blind rivets with washers on each side.
