I was bemoaning the extra parts I'll have left over after this project is done. My wife said that I should just save them for the next trailer I rebuild. Despite all odds, I seem to have married well.

ID:	94697As long as I had the trailer apart, I decided to go ahead and put in a @Youhauller style air conditioner install. The drip catcher is a biscuit pan from goodwill.

LiteHouse Trailer-4-Two Rebuild

My documentation has slowed down the past few weeks because I've been motoring thru my tasks. I'm 4 days out from pulling it off for a 6 day adventure. I'm currently working on wiring and plumbing. The weather is too wet for woodwork.

I'll post more photos soon, but in the meantime, here's a photo of my rain shade solution for the new A/C installation.

The material is vinyl floor molding. Eventually I'll figure out how to attach a screen to it. The molding is was trimmed to the correct size. Two holes were drilled where the material overlapped and secured by aluminum blind rivets with washers on each side.

ID:	95469The #LightHouse isn't quite done. It still could use some trim and a few tweaks but it's livable with all systems working (knocks wood). I'm a little worried about the increase in weight because of the new epoxy coated plywood. The place we're going to tomorrow is only two hours away and I'm taking the slow road. This is the former ice box and stove. Now it's the air conditioner, storage and a counter.

ID:	95517Master control was slightly updated during the renovation. I downsized the master circuit breaker from 20 amps to 15 amps to match the size of the new power connector on the side of the trailer. As usual, please ignore the test dirt and lack of finishing.
