Here is what Tom wrote me on May 22/14:
"
Things are changing for Trillium & Great West Vans; and they're in the process of moving to Alabama. This has taken up a lot of my time, so I'm really far behind on many things.

The Blue Stripes had to be re-run, and will be ready to ship in 10 days.

Some customers have ordered items other than the $119 Stripe Pack. Those orders will be shipped next week.

Sorry for the delay - Website update on TRV-GWV details will be in about 1 week."

Got my decals today...ordered the full package and 2 of my "Trillium 4500" decals were missing and the remainder of the decals were damaged in transit. The stripes can be salvaged, but all logo/name decals are creased. Anybody have any better luck?

Pretty disappointed at this point.

I would have liked the option to not get the "Trillium 4500" decals, since the text on my trailer is painted on, and didn't pressure wash off. You can have mine. PM me your address, and I will send you mine.

The packaging was deficient. My larger decals are not creased, and can be used, but I will have to install carefully. I think creasing can be overcome, but it will be more difficult then if they were not creased. What do you have that is creased, perhaps we can trade.

Thanks David, I have been in touch with Tom and it sounds like he will try to make it right. Seems like he ran out of packing at the end of this order, so mine just came in a large envelope...we all know know how the postal service takes care not to bend/mutilate large envelopes.

I'll give Tom a chance to make it right, but may have to hit you up on your offer. Will b in touch, and the again for the offer.
Dave

decals for my Trilly 4500

My decals and spare tire cover came in last week. Everything was fine with the order. Now I just have to find the courage to replace the decals, time to do some research. My frilly will look awesome - recovered cushions, new awning and new stripes!!!

I've been hunting for an hour. Is a forum/discussion on how to remove decals?
thanks,
Lucille
