Loose belly band insert...tighten? replace?

I noticed today that the black rubber insert on my Surfside belly band is loose...is this something I can tighten? or replace?

A well equipped RV outlet should have rolls of that stuff.
Take a small sample to be sure you get it right. I paid .35 cents per foot.

If you go to a RV dealer you can also get it in a bunch of different colors if you decide you want something besides black or white..
