Making a new rock guard for Bigfoot

Hi there, was just wondering if anyone on here has attempted to rebuild a front window rock guard on one of these bigfoot trailers. I have a 1980 B17, mine was missing when I bought it and I feel like I could build one easily if I could find the materials, the only dilemma is that I can't seem to find what the rock guards frame is made out of and where I could locate the materials, to me it looks like small aluminum channeling that is bent in the corners to follow the round edges of the window but I could be wrong.... I've tried searching for building rock guards on the internet but all I could find is how to build square ones and ones for an airstream but I'd like to stick to the original look if I can...

If you build it out of fiberglass or ABS plastic you could round the corners, I expect the rounded frame sections could be found online, although you may have to shim up the material thickness to fit the C-shape of the extrusions. Looks pretty straightforward since it's flat:
