Maxfan failure

First time out this season. When I turned on the Maxfan I noticed the blade was rubbing. Further investigation revealed a broken motor support. While I might try an epoxy fix, I think this is a case of poor design and no permanent fix is possible. Too much torque for the support to handle. Anyone else had this problem? Raz

I'd contact them and find out about a possible warranty fix before doing anything. It does not seem right to have that break.
