I never move the table to get the table where I want it- I move it to get it out of where I don't want it. But usually I work around it as they are too hard to move.

The picnic tables I usually see are cement seats with wood tops...impossible to move!

A table rail on the outside of your trailer allows you to move your regular inside table to the outside . That means you never rely on getting a decent campground shaky one. Also handy for roadside lunches when travelling. Just pop it and your cooler out at a roadside park for a quick bite, pack it back in and then away, away.
