Need burner top thingy

What do you call and where can I buy a piece of iron that fits on top of my burner to distribute the heat better. I cannot control the temperature of that propane burner in my casita... its too intense. I need something to distribute the heat more evenly.

Sounds like what you are looking for is a Flame Tamer (brand name). Try a kitchen wares store or the kitchen gadget parts section of Target, Walmart, or a hardware store like Ace. I even carry one for my camp stove.
