I just bought a Powerton 300D converter and I was wondering if anyone knew how to wire it into a Trillium 1300? Can I charge my battery with it? If so, how does it work? Thanks for any help.

Lisa

This should wire as standard to any power converter in the industry, the problem I have to answering the issue specifically is the global economy, this guy is a design from the breakup of Magnetec U.S.A. I think and is a sub company of Martek global now, if memory serves me right? The issue I have is Martek U.S.A, England, or China?

The model number should have more alpha letters ahead of it?
(not the one plastered all over it, the itsy bitsy one next to the serial number)

A origin of manufacture and the S/N would help, I suspect you have a unit manufactured in England. Not generally seen on this side of the boarder... Canadian imported only.

They have a web address under Martek Power converters England.

Happy Camping, Safe Trails.

is there any kind of wiring diagram on the unit or terminal numbers or markings?

Pictures would help, especially if there are any labels

Lisa,

Your pics may not be uploading because the pixel size needs to be adjusted to upload to a limit of aprox 400x600 pixels if your having issues, also there is a Powertron 300D thread on F.B.R.V.

http://www.fiberglassrv.com/board/in...howtopic=20467

Brian emailed one to me also but I cannot get into it, maybe he might weigh in here.

I am assuming you have a newer model.

Hope this helps.

Happy Camping, Safe Trails.

Harry
