Hi Liz,

I contacted Team Trillium last year and it took them a couple of days to get back to me. Both Team Trillium and Trillium RV are small businesses with only a few employees. Even larger companies like Escape can take a few days to reply during the busy spring season.

Hi Liz,

I've never heard of anyone having problems dealing with Trillium RV, even via email. They've got answers or suggestions to just about any question you may have. Also, hinges appear to be listed on their parts page (?).
