New old Boler need to start some projects

Hi there just got a 77 boler the door is a little crooked and there is a gap you can see through at the bottom is there an easy way to fix this or should I take it in somewhere. The door handle doesn't work is there something on the market that will work for a 77 Boler or do I need to look for vintage parts. There is a little bit of a musty smell an advice for getting rid of hat? Also the electric cord that connects to the car doesn't have a cover or anything is this okay or should there be cover that protects it from th elements.

Door fitment

For the door, start off by installing new hinge pin kit. Old ones are probably worn, big time!

Do they sell these kits somewhere?

Hinge kits

Vintage RV site has them as do others on this forum. Use search mode to find those links. About $25/pair.

If it is not your hinges or hinge pins, check your frame for cracks could be putting strain on the whole unit.
