Your trailer is 14 years old and the dealer only said he lost his sense of smell, not that that he smelled anything.

It's a case of buyer beware, did you notice any smell when you got it?

Also ripping out all the carpet would be a major task.

Sell your Casita and buy a new one, you'll then smell new trailer smell, or another used one with your "nose open"

It's not that big-o-deal to rip up the flooring carpet. Wall carpet... that's another story. I'm not saying it's easy to rip carpet off the floor, but just sweat equity. I'd still start there... if you can too... keep all the vents and windows open.

New owner of Casita 04 with moldy smell

A used trailer usually doesn't come with a warranty, either expressed or implied, so good luck getting a dealer to pay part of any repairs.

Getting rid of smells from porous surfaces is tough. Sounds like you've tried lots of different things and the odor still exists. That usually means the source of the odor is underneath the carpet, and cleaning doesn't get there. Probably not much to do except replace the carpet, and give what's under it a good cleaning as well.

Have you tried the stuff from the pet store? My friend had a problem with cats getting territorial and marking all over her house. The cleaner she got really took care of it.

Good luck

Odor

I own an ozone generator and used to 'clean' apts with odors. These were human and pet urine odors. Male cat urine is a tough one. Ozone always removed all the odors. I lived in Phoenix and in the middle of the summer we would 'clean' an apt that management painted 3 times and replaced the carpet in and it still smelled. When we were done we asked the management to leave the apt closed up with no AC for several days before going in. It was Phoenix, 110º-120º. Every time the apt was opened up, no odors were detected.

Enzymes may work as well. I know 1st hand ozonating works.

Fridge removal

I'm not really sure why you want to remove the fridge unless it doesn't work. But if you insist, remove the rear window totally and after you disconnect everything, the fridge goes out the back window. Lots of luck!

Is there anything that we need to be concern about? That is most likely the next thing we need to do.
Why?

I would start by steam cleaning the carpet on the floor and walls & removing all the cushion covers and hand washing or have them dry cleaned.
