Hi, i just received their info with all the prices. I called last Monday had the list in my mail by Thursday. Prices are very good when you compare them to used Scamps. One week i want Scamp, the next week i want Snoozy, then Parkliner. This week it a Scamp.

Standard 12,095
Standard option package 14,295
Standard side dinette 12,495
Standard side dinette
option package 14,695

The option package includes just about everything but A/C and furnace $799 A/C $395 Furnace. It will cost me about 15,500 with all that i want and that is about every thing.

The solid wood deluxe models cost a few thou more.

You can pick it up or they will deliver to your door for a price. You only need a $500 deposit. last week they gave me a delivery date of 7/14/14. Unlike Snoozy which is 40% and parkliner is 25% of the total cost, in advance, which gave me allsada with a brand new company. I have all the prices just ask. too many to type with one finger. Carl

Just as a comparison you also take a look at the Escape and note the standard features vs those that you have to pay for extra on the Standard Scamp and Casita prices. Its an interesting cost comparison ;-)

Hi, someone was just interested in the prices of the scamp and i just happened to be inquiring about it to the company. I just related the most recent price. Every individual will come to their own conclusion. I myself have not made a final decision, but i am getting closer. Regards, Carl.

Do you have that at your fingertips? It would be interesting to see, broken down like that since there's quite a bit of difference in the starting prices. I don't see present prices at the Escape site, but they've got some posted for "2015 models"- not sure if that means those they're building now, or that'll come out next year or what.

Anyway, here's what they have up as standard pricing for the 17er, for comparison to, say, the Casita 17:

Escape 17 price listed as follows:
Quote:
17′ Escape, Plan A $21,000cdn

17′ Escape, Plan B $22,500cdn
Casita 17 price from above list;
Quote:
17 Deluxe $16,616

17 Standard $14,785
Escape prices are given as Canadian- I'm assuming U.S. dollars for the Casita of course, though I'm thinkin' we're at about par right now anyway...

ETI opened the 2015 build schedule on May 26. All 2014 builds are spoken for.

There's this link on the home page: 2015 Escape Trailer Price Increase

"Unfortunately with the rising US dollar and increased cost for freight and inventory. Escape Trailer Industries will be increasing the prices on all trailer models. This price increase will come into effect on all 2015 Escape Trailer Completion Dates.
New Pricing will be as Follows:
15′ Escape, Plan A $19,500cdn
15′ Escape, Plan B $20,500cdn
17′ Escape, Plan A $21,000cdn
17′ Escape, Plan B $22,500cdn
19′ Escape $25,500cdn
21′ Escape $27,000cdn
Escape 5.0TA $29,500cdn"

Canadian dollar isn't at par. Hasn't been for a while now.
It's worth about 90 cents U.S.
May be headed for 86 cents U.S. making the Escape an even better deal for U.S. customers.

Apples to apples would be 13/13....16/16... and maybe(but not quite) 17/5er. Also Casita makes nothing like the Scamp Deluxe, which has more standard features than their Standard.
The 17 Casita is their most popular trailer, while the Scamp13 is theirs, both by some margin, and for good reason... 'cause some likes apples and some likes oranges!
As you say, they are both great trailers.

CDN dollar is at .922 today so that make's the Escape price of 21000 CDN about 19500US depending on your exchange rate at the bank.. Now do you feel like watching the currency exchange rates for a year.

You need a good spreadsheet to figure out the comparative values of a Scamp vs Casita but I'm the end they are close in cost.. But you need two buy the trailer that works for you

I may be wrong, but the 15B Escape does not include a side dinette w/bath.
The Scamp standard/dinette option package does, which makes it more right for me.
The 15A has the side dinette but does not include the bath. I wonder if anybody knows how much shipping cost would be to the NE states from the Escapes location

So I just called scamp to compare prices to my 1980 13'. (for insurance company purposes). One similar with a fridge, battery etc, ("standard Package") is 9995.00 as of today 7/9/14. Lead Times are into September 2014.

A few months back when I bought my old Scamp I called and got the price list & flyer and optioned mine out as if I bought it today. Made me feel a little better about what I paid plus all the work and money I am putting into the old one. Mine will sleep and tow as well as a new one and I will have 10K less in it. A new Deluxe sure would be nice though.
