Thanks Jack, I have Justin at Scamp
on my call list.
I went to the Yahoo Scamp Group(thanks N.F) and they have an extensive set of posts on door alignment. I am actually making progress by flipping the bottom hinge to the top and vice versa, and have the door fitting. Still need to pick up some washers, longer bolts and shim the bottom hinge (one of the Yahoo suggestions that seems to work) to see if I can get it to align even better.
I think I'll pick up some washers to add behind the stock bolts and acorn nuts on the inside to spread the stress better and not catch the hide. Should help to keep the holes from spreading as well, which seems to be a big contributor to door sag.
Still fighting it, but there's light
at the end of the tunnel.
