I am the proud new owner of a 13' 1981 Scamp

What I do not have is the owners manual that goes with the new toy.

The manual that is available in the document center seems to be for something far newer than mine.

Any and all help, suggestions, or photocopies would be welcomed.

Thanks to all

Jim

I have the same trailer and the "manual". It's a pretty useless four pages excapt for the wireing diagram.
I would be willing to copy it and snail mail it to you. The other 3 pages are of dubios value.
Send me your address and how much you want. Jim

Hi, welcome, and congratulations on your new-2-U Scamp. I think there is a copy of the Owners Manual in this Forum's Document Center ... you might check out that link.

We wish you happy trails & hope to see ya down the road in the future! L 'n D

I don't think Scamp has changed the manual in a long while.

I've got all the original manuals for my 88 Scamp...and there isn't a "manual" for the trailer. The only manuals/brochures I have are for all the appliances, etc. It's quite a stack of paper, but absolutely nothing for the trailer itself.

My 91S13 didn't come with any manuals, so I ordered one from Scamp -- It's exactly the same as the one on Dan & Dawn's Scamp Site (accessible thru the document center) -- It has useful info about the trailer itself, running gear, etc., and some general info about appliances and upkeep.

Considering that the most recent post above was from 2006, it is a long-shot!

But we are here for you.

Looks like they say its in the document section of this forum:
Fiberglass RV - Document Center

You would have to poke around looking for it.

Perhaps this is what you want however:

Scamp Owners Manual - Electrical System
AND
http://scamp.n0kfb.org/Manual/electrical.jpg

Its a general or generic Scamp diagram and if any mods have been made then things could be a lot different.

Also Scamp videos are on their web site: https://www.scamptrailers.com/helpful-videos.html

Here's most of the brochure circa 1981, I'll dig around for an owner's manual and post on this thread if I find one...

I believe there's a trailer manual in the "Document Center" on this web site. As for all the appliances, find the make and model number then go to the manufacturer web sit and down load the manual for each appliance.
