Has anyone had the opportunity to fabricate plexiglass replacement window panels? I have just removed a poorly installed AC unit from the side window of out '86 thirteen foot Burro. We have decided that AC is not necessary. The window panels are no where to be found.....I plan on visiting our local
RV dealership to see if they can retrofit these for me (at a reasonable cost). Luckily the frame is intact. Any one had any luck replacing these sliders? I have also done some MAJOR modification to the bed area and will be posting that transformation (with pics) shortly. Thanks .

The guy that bought my 13 had new windows made at a glass shop near him. He took in the frames and they did the work.

They even made him a new one piece window for the front of the trailer. He didn't like the slider.

Your other option: You will find out like I did that if you try ordering a new window from Hehr, or most other manufacturers of trailer fit windows the price they want will truely knock your socks off.

Resellers, salvagers, etc. have them on ebay. I was able to pick up 3 virtually brand new, replacement windows for my 13 ft Burro on ebay for a fraction of the cost. Only problem was they did not quite match up with my rough openings so I had to do fiberglass surgery to fit them. But I was prepared for that, did it, and now have no worries.

Have patience, keep watching, and get lucky.

Approximately how much are new replacement windows (front or back) for the 13' burro? (I'm holding on my socks...)
