Older Scamp decals & over priced shipping

I was about to buy 2 of the older style Scamp decals from Scamp and upon checkout, they wanted to charge $10.55 for UPS ground shipping! I think that's ridiculous for basically stickers that can just be thrown into an envelop and sent on their way! Has anyone found other options? I checked ebay. I just don't want to pay that much in shipping.
Also, has anyone bought the older ones from Scamp? In the pictures, the background of the 3 trees & and the one that says Scamp with the trees doesn't look completely white or clear.
I'm not really interested in doing custom...

I had the same experience with everything I bought from Scamp. I think this is really a poor stategy for them. It is poor service and doesn't encourage owners to keep Scamp trailers looking nice.

How big of a box/envelope do they need? Could they buy one of the boxes at the post office where you can stuff it full and ship for a set price?

It doesn't seem right.
Yeah - if it fits, it ships.

The postal flat rate pricing is not all that far off from the courier rates since they are all priority. Regular parcel post is usually 1/2 of that and rarely takes 2X as long. (Hint, the post office always seems to forget they have the regular parcel post service for small items) International shipping is even more outrageous.

I tried to order a drain plug for my 04 16' from Scamp. They refused to out it in an envelope and mail it to me. It will be a long time before I order anything else from Scamp.

Actually - I emailed Scamp and they said that internet orders are UPS ground and phone orders will be cheaper. So I called and they are sending them in the mail for about $3. That's more like it. Talk to Trenton, he'll set you up!
