It's very basic design, just 2 long shock corded poles, makes a great small dome shape off the back or side of your suv! I do alot of dog agility and I get more questions about where did I get it from other competitors and best part was it was only $40. It is not a screen house though, but I think it will work great for my purposes as an overhand for the door
I saw those, they looked like a great deal, I however want something screened to keep out the bugs when the door is open. I actually came up with a solution. I bought a screen door that hangs from a tension rod at Walmart for $12, however I scrapped the tension rod and folded over the top velcro web and slid it in the awning channel and it works perfect, even better than the tension rod. I'll take pics tomorrow. I also ended up buying the first up with screen room, purchased online and they were both $109 delivered for in store pickup, the first up is on sale for $74 online ($97 in store) and the screen room is $29 online ($39 in store).

Here are pics of a solution for keeping bugs out with the door open, it's called an easy breeze doorway screen curtain (Walmart $12), I modded it and folded over the top velcro seem and glue it together with a spline in the middle, insert into the awning track. I also did order the first up with screen for some bug free outdoor space. Pics of the new floor too!

Looks great! When our carpet gives out, I would like to go with wood.

The Firstup, leaned against the trailer, keeps most of the bugs out, even when you do it like us and tie back the screen on the side of the screenhouse that sits against the trailer. We tried something on the door and gave up on it, but you have attached it differently. We just velcroed ours. We gave up on it and kept with the screenhouse. We usually set it up. We discovered that as long as we don't add all our other accoutrements that we use in the screenhouse when we stay a few nights, i.e. the trouble light chandelier, the sets of drawers, all the tables, etc., it does not take us long to set it up. It gives us more space and keeps the bugs away (mostly).

I hope you can come to a rally in the near future, so we can see it.

Ummmmmm, move to Oregon? We don't (usually) need screen rooms. Slugs don't fly!

But I really like what you've done (so quickly) to your trailer. Great job!

We'd definitely like to attend a rally if not too far from NE Ohio, LOL.

cindy---can't wait to see your pics of the bumpers!

Panoz---you know, I am lucky enough to have a screen door on my camper and I gotta tell you----it's in the way all the time! It's one of the things I wanted, but geez----. My husband took it off last week cuz it was a pain to work around. I may do what you've done!

We have a Paha Que. It has 4 sides that can be used as awnings, rolled up, or dropped down for privacy and warmth. It has that teeny, tiny mesh screen stuff. You can get a floor and rain fly and even use it for a sleeping area like a tent. The sides can allow it to be nice and warm with a heater.

I saw that, can't make it this weekend, but I'll keep my eyes open on that one and the Ohio gatherings. Niagara is only about 2.5 hrs for me.

Terry R. that Paha Que is nice, with the sides that angle in how does that mate up to your trailer, or does it? Walmart has a similar screened tent enclosure for $40 and it is shaped similar.
