It is just some surplus green colored 1/2" electrical tape i had. I wanted to go overkill between tape and sealant...in my usual style of overbuild, i did not like the idea of the small clamp extra tail being exposed down there...even in the hidden recesses.

I used up the tube but it was a kitchen-food-grade type of sealant (IOW it could come in contact with the flow of water and not cause any harm once cured.) It probably didn't need it as the fit was nice, but again, i really didn't want to crawl under there again.

Thank you for posting the nice pictures. I have been pondering the placement of a valve in the sump line to provide an option to draining the shower to somewhere other than the holding tank.

You are welcome Bob.
My mod (to drain elsewhere) was actually on my original Parkliner build sheet...but was accidentally overlooked in the process. It was not bother and an easy mod. I also created a short ~2ft hose out of parts from home depot that i can then dump into a bucket or link to an additional grey hose if needed to go a longer distance.

I got the parts you show at Home Depot yesterday Thom, but had a 12 hour day, so nothing got done last night. Maybe sometime this week I'll get at it. Have other ParkLiner projects on the go as well.
