PS: All the Trilliums I've seen have had a 1-7/8" ball, but of course it can't hurt to bring a 2" one as well.

Thanks for the information. This is a great resource. I think I am safe with the 1-7/8 ball and I will bring a 2" ball as you suggest, just in case.

I have thought of the flatbed idea but again cost is an issue.
If you have a vehicle capable of towing a flat bed auto transport. Uhaul want about $50 a day + taxes etc. A small price to pay for a piece of mind when it comes to safety.
No need to worry about cracked frames, broken studs, seized bearings or bent axles.
