Here's a FWIW, something else to think about thing regarding the
electrical
connection between trailer and tow vehicle. On our way to Sequoia/Kings NP
last week, I pulled into a rest stop to shake the stiffness out of my knee
and Patti noticed the plug was disconnected between truck and trailer. It
was hanging loose but fortunately hadn't dragged on the pavement. It came
from the
Casita factory with a threaded plastic thingy to hold the plug in
place and I know it was in place when we left home. I can only speculate
that the wire had gotten tangled in the handle for tightening the sway bar
and pulled loose, ripping apart the thingy which was gone, while I was
doing some tight maneuvering at my last gas stop. From now on, I'm gonna
keep that possibility in mind when I hook up for travel.
