Replaced the lock strip and gasket but wait there's more!!

So I replaced the gasket and got the huge back window in. I noticed a gap on a corner. But thought heck the lock strip will cure all. I got the lock strip in and the dang gap is still there? I purchased gasket and lock strip from scamp. Any ideas out there? Am I crazy? I may have got the window switched around. For example left upper corner is suppose to be right lower corner. I didn't mark it because I thought it was all the same dimensions. Help please?

Luckily I kept the old gasket and although its been on the Boler a long time. I realized just now that the old gasket is a little different in size. Its maybe an 1/8" taller. Boooooo
