Our '82 Scamp's rear window fits into a curved surface. We would love to replace it with a window that can be opened if we could get the fiberglass "built up" to accomodate a flat window. Has anyone done this?

I don't know if anyone has done it as a mod. Some of the boler offspring did modify the bodies to do what you want. The Love Bug comes to mind.
