Replacing the pop top on a Compac tI

Can someone tell me if it is hard to sew a replacement top for our pop top. We still have the original one but it is beyond repair. I was hoping to use the old one for a pattern.

Can it be done on a regular sewing machine? I found marine grade vinyl. What about the screen windows? I have never done this before.

If I had one made would an auto upholstery shop make them?. Any idea what it might cost.

I am sorry I have so many questions. I would really be thankful for answers.

I got a quote from [Shaw's Tent and Awning] to make a new one with screens and covers for a Compact jr about two years ago. I can't remember for sure but I was pleasantly surprised at the price,I think it was less than $200. That was with me doing the R&R. You might check before you tackle the job.
If your machine can sew denim,it should handle the material needed.
