Retro style radio/ipod player?

Hi - we have a 1953 pickup towing a 13' foot 1975 Boler; both all red; need a red retro looking radio/ipod dock to go with them. Where would I be able to find something like that?

I kinda doubt you'll find a retro red radio but the West Marine enclosure can be painted red with Krylon Fusion spray paint (designed for plastic) quite nicely...
