I finally have all the material to restore my old windows from my 1976 scamp. Today, I picked up 2 new torque operators at Interstate metals, they were the exact size and hole placement, yaaahh. The torque operator is riveted into the window molding with a 5/32" x 5/8" tubular rivet. I'm just getting into the riveting thing and looked on the web, but can't find that size. I would like to keep a low profile head/end on both sides of the rivet like they originally had, as one side has the working parts close to the head and the other end has to slide thru the opening. Does anyone know of a source for this rivet, or a different type of connection that might work. Thanks.

Would you mind sharing the part number of the operator you got from Interstate?

Thanks,

Raya

How about Jay-cee Sales and Rivet company? Looks like the correct size on this page?
