Running Light Bulb Scamp

I know it's buried here in the forum somewhere...but I can't seem to make the right search string!

A) What the base type for the '98 Scamp running lights?
Is there an LED bulb for this?

Yes... I know I can yank the whole assembly out and replace it with an LED system. For now, I'm just looking for some bulbs that will fit in the existing sockets.

Yes and I purchased them and they were not a very noticeable improvement & they cost the same as pulling out and replacing the whole assembly with a new LED light assembly, which I did the week after wasting my money on just the bulbs.

OK.. remind me ... who is it on our Noble Forum that has Good Prices on Scamp lamp assemblies?

Chuck, his website is called www.fiberglasstraveltrailersrv.com currently priced at $26.99 and they dont look a whole lot different from your original lights once installed but will be 100 times brighter.

Carol, I'm thinking that the price EACH, but it's still cheap compared to not being seen!

Are you looking for tail lights or the side running lights. I found exact replacement led fixtures on E Bay for the Scamp side running lights. The only issue was they only had a power lead. I had to solder a wire to a ground contact. I think they were about $5 each & shipping. I buy my LED tail lights from Chuck.
