When my
Trillium 4500 is perfectly level and it rains, there is a little water puddle that forms on top of the kitchen side of the trailer. Not a drop inside, not a crack on the roof. The puddle dries out as soon as the sun shines again. It looks to me that the
weight of the upper cabinetry has warped the
fiberglass roof over time. There is no support under and the
fiberglass wall may have bent a bit too (not noticeable).
If you look at the vent cover sitting in the middle of the roof from outside, it is obvious that the left side of the roof is about 3/8" lower than the other side. I can live with that, but I would not like the sagging to get worse and I would prefer to improve it a bit. I tought of adding some bracing on the cabinetry module, but anything I considered so far is ugly and not convenient.
I'm equipped to weld steel and aluminum, but not to bend it.
Any ideas ?
Thanks
