Hi: A few nights ago I saw the left tail light LED's glowing in the dark and the trailer was not "Hooked to the Tug" ... I figure I have A BAD Ground -negative- connection!!! Power must be leaking from the Coach Battery Does any one know of a clamp that can be used rather than a screw and washer drilled into the frame...that has gone to rust !!! I would like it to be more maintainable

We just use a nut, bolt, and washer through a hole in the frame for a ground on our highway salt trucks. Works quite well for us.

I assume you're talking about a connection to the trailer frame. If in fact the problem is a faulty connection to the trailer frame, there has to be more than one connection to the frame. If your tail lights are mounted to the bumper it could be at that point. If they are mounted to the fiberglass then there has to a wire to negative side of DC system. It's possible, but unlikely, that there's a wire going from the light fixture to the frame.

Good luck
