Scamp 13 galley ?

Maybe a dumb ? But is the 13' scamp w/o a front bathroom supposed to have a twisty cabinet support on both sides of the countertop? Mine only has one on the left hand side. GaryG

In all the Bolers and Scamps I have seen most only have it on the left side some people have added it to the right side for extra support.

I agree. I own a 13' Scamp without a bathroom and it only has them on the left. I have only seen them that way except for the occasional owner modification. Others with more experience may know more.

I bought my 2006 13' Scamp new, it has the twisty support on the left side of the counter by the sink. None on the right side. No bathroom either.

My 1987 13 with no bath only has the support on the left side.
With bunk beds it would make it that much harder getting in and out of the top bunk if there was a support on the right side too.

My 1990 13' Scamp without bathroom had NO supports, and I added 2 by the sink after I noticed the roof starting to sag.

Every time I had margaritas in the Scamp I pondered the same thing. As the night went on I ended up with two on the left side but each morning there was just one. What an anomaly.

Interesting Alan, I have the same trailer, but only have the supports on the left side.

All of the Scamp 13's that I've seen had the support on the left side, nothing on the right. I'm sure that there is a explanation out there, having to do with roof support, but I don't know what it is.

Pam,
I believe that the closet supports the roof on the other side (curb side).
