chains a good idea

I have helped two boat owners with their trailers over the years. Both had the connection very loose when locked to the ball. The owners had no clue so I helped snug them up. Perhaps the nuts worked loose over the years. In any case they could easily unhitch on a rough road. Without chains it could get pretty messy.
