Scamp 16 Black water tank removal

I am removing the shower/toilet in my 1988 16' Scamp. Somebody else wants to buy the whole shower. Because of that I'm being careful removing it, but I'm real close to grabbing the Saws-all. I can't get the black water tank off. I took the clamps off, and unscrewed the gate valve from below. I can see here must be some kind of flange bolted flange on the floor as I see three screws protruding through the floor underneath. Any body got any farther than this without getting destructive?

I took mine out and the screws on the sides were all holding it in and the valve went through the mush board, but nothing holding it otherwise. Perhaps someone used some caulking between the bottom of the tank and the floor pan.
on mine I unscrewed the hold down screws and removed the valve below and lifted it out. Perhaps a thin flat blade wedged under the tank to see if there is caulk there. also there could have been caulk around the hole through the floor. Mine was easy because all of the wood was pretty deteriorated anyway. I also have the floor pan of anyone wants that.
If someone wants the whole toilet and tank it is sitting by my garage waiting for a new owner.
I an installing a complete new system with the black tank below the floor in front with a macerator pump to drain.

Agree mine too. Mine was held by four corner screws.

I got the pan out. On my 1988, after removing the hold downs off, I took a couple of landscape stakes and tapped them under the tank. The tank popped off. It was held well by the spread out wax ring. Next came the shower pan. Persistance paid off. Tomorrow the walls. Amazingly, all the horrors of rotted floors and mine is bone dry.

Hey Donna, the offer isn't to you! If it wasn't for someones interest in adding a bathroom/shower, I would have sawzsalled it a long time ago.

Anyway, this morning I got the whole unit out. Ther is a lot of caulk holding the kitchen cabinot to the shower, but a box cutter got that out. A few hidden rivets, some colrful words and persistance, and she was loose. rivets I couldn't figure out how the unit needed to be removed through the door, but I finally noticed that there is a seam where the two halves are joined at the top of the door. once I gut that carefully, the two halves are now out.

To me, the camper is so much better, but to each his/her own. The good news is I'm now as far disassembled as it will get and I can put it back together now.

What I want to know is, HOW do you get the whole thing out of that tiny door on the bathrooms? I was looking at mine the other day because my black water tank is UNDER the shower and I'd have to cut the shower in pieces to get it out the door to change the tank if it needs changing, which I sure hope and pray it don't.
