Sounds like a bent axle. Many videos online on how to measure.
Axle will need to be straightened or replaced most likely.
Either way, it will most likely have to come off trailer.
Casita axles are delicate, do not jack on the axle, jack on the frame.
I would measure first. Straight edge on wheel to determine angle of defect. Also measure a triangle from center point on front to see if axle is crooked.
