Short answer, yes. If you're doing the work yourself, don't forget to buy/borrow a lockstrip tool. It will help save your hair. . You may be able to source everything locally too. Keep the S&H in your pocket. For instance, I can buy everything I need at Speedy Autoglass here in PDX.

I'd suggest measuring the thickness of your glass and your fiberglass edge and getting the right trim from here: Self Sealing Weatherstrips, Self-Locking and 2 Piece Weatherstripping for Boats and Equipment

Hi: Mireille L... You can also check with your local auto glass shop. I think they usually stock it. They'd probably give you an estimate on cutting new plexi or Lexan and installing them for you.
If you're replacing the windows for minor scratches and yellowing, why not try buffing the plexi-glass with Brasso. Used like car wax it did a great job on our former Boler windows. They seemed to just disappear.

It's not for esthetic consideration...but it will be a great improvement (I tried to buff but the plexi is to old and porous).

We have a leak that is probably from the window. So as long as we are changing one, we'll do both and be done with it for the next 20 some years !
But thank you for the info.
I will keep both plexis and maybe try to craft a rock/ sun gard

Mireille,
I had that shipped to friends in the USA. It will cost more to ship here, if they ship at all. There are 2 threads that give tips.

Ah so nice of you...
We might have them done by a pro...we are very good at cosmetics but not so talented at the structural stuff...

And we can now confirm that the window is leaking. We put a plastic shield over it and after 2 days of heavy steady rain we didn't have any infiltration. That was an easy one ! At least, we know where it's comming from, and we can fix it !
