Scamp table

I recently purchased an older 13ft scamp. It came with all of the mounting hardware (I believe) but was missing the actual table. Could someone post a picture of how the hardware is mounted to the table so that i will drop down to make the bed. i feel pretty stupid that i can't figure this out, any help would be appreciated I 've cut a table from 3/4 plywood does this sound about right?
