Question screen door

I need an idea!!!!
I looked at the instant screen doors at home depot and I'm wondering if anyone actually has one. I need something that can stand up to 5 kids, 3 being under age 6.
I just got our 1974 Perris Pacer and I'm trying to get her fixed up. I also saved the screen door I was going to put in my 13' scamp but it's too tall for this trailer. I think it originally come from a 16' boler. So really my question is....should I modify the screen door I have or figure something else out. I don't want to waste my time modifying if it's not going to work or if it's too labor intensive.

I'm an old guy with a whole herd of grand kids.
I started camping with my boys when they were very young.
I can tell you from experience, I don't think a screen door will do you much good with all your little campers.
Have fin with you kids,
John

I just made a "screen door" for my Trillium which I'm hoping will hold up to my boys.

You can check it out here:

Good luck and have fun!

Somthing odd just happened. I was not 'logged in' as me, and was reading Sherry's post (#1) which had the word 'trailer' with a double underline - So I clicked on it thinking I would be routed to a pic of her trailer. Instead, I go to an advertisement for JEEP?? When logged in, the double underlined ad-link goes away.
Are we selling advertizements in this forum now?

This is a great screen door!!! this might be something I try out. I'm worried about the little one's tearing it down. My older girls use tents so that helps a bit.
Thanks!!

I've had this happen to me on other sites and it's a bit annoying. I haven't had that problem on this site yet.

It will happen if you use this site and are not 'logged in', not recognized as a registered member.
Go to the top right side of the page onto the menu bar and choose 'log out', then come back into this forum discussion. That's when they show up. Guess it pays the rent, but it is annoying.

This is what we use for our two kids, but they are of the 4 legged variety and much larger than those pictured.

It z A Breeze Too Exercise Pen - 48 H x 8 Panels 24 W

The units can join together and have both floor and mesh sun roof options.

OK, this answer was intended as humour. But we do have two of these crates.

But in all seriousness - while we were in MI last month someone had their toddler in a huge plastic thing that looked pretty close to this. We were walking our dogs and the older one stopped - looked at the "toddler in the playpen" then looked up at me. I responded, it's OK pup, babies have crates too. She looked back at the toddler, shook her head and kept walking in apparent disbelief. The toddlers parent was at the point of tears laughing.
