In a previous topic a good idea was presented to me and I would like to expand on this idea w/out sacraficing my own Scamp
. What Im proposing could benefit EVERYONE in here.
The thought is that somewhere out there is the right set of products that can make these little trailers a little less (or a lot less) susceptible to damage to the exterior Fiberglass. Damage like, someone backs into your trailer, runaway shopping cart at the mall, you graze a tree when backing into a campsite, etc etc.
Those of you who have sections of FGlass they have cut out of their trailers for new tail lights
, access doors etc etc, NO MATTER THE SIZE or even sections of broken trailers; I hope to convince you to send me some of this material to experiment with. I will experiment with different coating to see what might or might not add strength and durability etc.
I’m in North FL. I can PM my address to those willing.
