Solar panels for Canadians

Comes with a bunch of different connectors. Most are not mentioned in the user manual. I have sent them an email asking what they are for. Will post when / if I get a reply.

I was going to buy the solar set-up too! I have a generator mounted on the front now. What are the benefits to solar and what else is required to operate with it? Thanks Ian Sinclair in Hamilton.

A solar panel does not use gas, obviously, and makes no noise, is friendly to the environment. but you will get limited power from the panel in the shade, although there will be a small amount.
In our previous rig, we had 6 6 volt golf cart batteries and 3 140 watt panels, and when the sun was shinning the batteries were completely recharged by 10 am even though the wife used a hair dryer and we used a coffee maker along with other electrical appliances using a 2500 watt inverter.
