Spare Tire Covers

I would like to make a custom spare tire cover. Please tell me/us about your custom spare tire cover (self-made or professional), preferably with photos. I'd like to know of a source of a quality white cover that I can then embellish. If I cannot find one pre-made I will sew one out of white vinyl.

I only paid $12 for one on Amazon. Cindy and Kevin have a nice custom UHaul "Howie" cover.
