Does anyone know of a source for stone guards for a 16' Scamp?

I am not looking for something for the window. I am looking for a covering, maybe like the material they put on new cars for transport. You know the white stuff. I am trying to keep from getting more stone chips on the front under the window. I have a front bath and a small window up front.

Carol has it right. First thing they'll ask you is the size of your front window. Measure it. And know, you'll get nothing more than a FLAT piece of fiberglass with the Scamp logo and the standard black u-shape trim around the outside.

Only those that order a gravel guard from Scamp during an original build, get the compound curved piece. Ask me how I know...

Hi Frank, I've seen a number of pictures from people that have had a Rino type (truck bed coating) covering applied on the front of their trailers to minimize road rash. I do believe from them it comes in different colors also. I used kind of the same thing from an auto parts store (spray cans) to coat the floor boards of my dune buggy for sound deadening and rust proofing. Went on great and was far cheaper than going to Rino. Still in fine shape after 15 years of hard use. One thing, if you should go this route, be SURE to get a product that is PAINTABLE as it stays flexable but won't stay soft to the touch. Have no idea if it comes in anything other than black but it's been years since I used it.

Rhino coating comes in several standard colors and can be tinted to any color you want. It's a bit pricy, and is only installed by their dealers, but it must last forever. I had the bed on my 2003 Sonoma done the week I bought it new, and it looked almost new when I sold it 10 years later.

The spray can stuff is easy on-easy off, meaning that, while it might look ok as undercoating, it's chances of staying on a fiberglass wall are significantly less.
