Any "real" parts store can match up and supply a new lug nut and stud.
A "nutcracker" can remove the nut or just use a cutoff wheel on a small grinder. Cut "straight in"... perpendicular to the trailer wheel.
You could also remove the drum with the wheel still attached and grip the stud from inside. That is assuming you have "pressed in" studs and not "threaded in" studs. If they are "threaded in" then you could tack weld the nut to the stud and back it out with an impact, or double nut it and back it out.
If it is a pressed in stud and it will retighten then simply tighten it until it breaks, then replace it.
