I have finished a couple of sets that are I think acceptable. Been a long road but here are a couple of picts. They are not with out flaws and may be slightly thiner than the originals. I have no way of measuring that they just seen a little lighter.

Since the mixture of yellow to orange to get amber is VERY difficult to measure there is some variation in the density or color of the amber. The actual mix should be 2.5 drops of yellow and .33 drops of orange. I could double that but would waste a lot of casting material.

A single piece lens would be an entirely new process.

Roy, did you find the decals you needed?
I have also started a line of custom decals.
Once again size matters. I can't do any decals larger that 13" tall but pretty much any length.
