Anyone had any luck contacting them lately? I've been trying to reach them for a couple weeks now at the phone number listed on their web site: none of the extensions answer, voice mailboxes are all full, and email isn't being answered. I realize we're still in the middle of deep freeze winter here and it's nothing urgent, but I'm... just wonderin'.

I had a similar problem a while back. I just gave up and went looking elsewhere.

They recently moved, so I don't know if the phone number and email is the same????

Here is a story about it, but no contact info.

Wow, I just got a hold of them today. Even got an email reply.

Apparently, there is only one person answering all the calls and emails and they are behind by a few weeks. I did get the info I wanted and the lady on the phone was super nice.

Exclamation

I need taillights for my rig so I called them to see if they had any NOS parts left over from the original company. The lady was exceptionally nice and extremely helpful. She called me after I emailed my question. I think we're talking about a mom and pop operation here. Sometimes the best service comes from the owner.
