I'm costing out different options for finishing the inside and one of them is doing it in the new foil and linner that comes with new Scamps. Does anyone know the thinkness of the foil/bubble wrap? I'm trying to keep to 1/4" +- due to head height.

Scamp foil is just slightly thicker than 1/4" and it is thicker than you get from Lowes (3/16" thick). My local HVAC contractor can get me the thicker insulation because that it what they used on the duct work in my house. It takes the same effort to install either thickness, I would go for the thicker material.
