I asked GreenBall (the distributor of these tires) and was told:
Mr. Miller,
The warranty on our tires is 3 years from date of purchase or 5 years from date of manufacture of the tire. And our 13 Radial tires are manufactured in Indonesia. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Thank you

We have bought many sets of tires at costco. The problem there is after purchase service. They seem to look for any feeble excuse to not service the tire/situation. We have moved on to other tires sales outlets.

We shop at COSTCO a lot and are always satisfied with everything we buy except tires.
For that we go across the parking lot to America's Tire.

Costco tires
Buy loads of stuff from Costco but won't buy any more tires.
The wait to install them was 3 hours-I was the second person there when they opened so thought the install would be quick.
Didn't get much help either when we had a problem.
We buy tires from Walmart because no matter where we go we can usually find a Walmart close and they have always stood by their road hazard guarantee.
I like dealing with small companies and businesses but for tires on the trailer and truck-used for rallies and travel-we usually buy Walmart.

I only bought one set of tires from Costco. A clearly defective tire was not warranteed because the service manager said he had no record that the tires had been rotated by Costco. My son is a mechanic and rotated his own tires religiously. The other 3 tires had even wear. Didn't matter. One and only set of tires I ever bought from Costco.
Other than tires, I buy a lot of stuff from Costco on a regular basis.

We buy tires from a family-owned local business that has always given us excellent service, advice and prices. We go to COSTCO for most everything else.

Costco won't sell over-sized tires from factory specification either.

This was our case as well. Picked up a nail (road hazard) warranty. They said I didn't have the tires rotated by them. I am from a tire industry background and rotate my own tires. Couldn't be bothered with their nonsense. Took the car home and repaired the problem myself in minutes.

Great information about Costco. I've never bought tires there, and from what I've read in this thread, sounds like I will stick with my home town tire dealer for sure.
