Top Seam on 1998 Burro

While I was on the roof of my Burro I noticed that the seam on the top looks like it's separating. I've attached some pictures but I don't know if they are really that great to see what's going on or not.

Anyway, if the seam is separating what do I need to do to seal it back up? I have had the trailer covered all winter, I live in Utah so it was subjected to some freezing temperatures over the winter.

Thanks!
Cynthia

Picture isn't clear enough, but what you are seeing could be the trim piece that goes over the shell seam. It pushes on over the seam.

Ah ok... can it be replaced? Does it need to be replaced? That is probably what it is. Yeah sorry for the poor pictures.

Thanks!

Do a search for Trim-lok. They call it edge trim. You'll have to figure the size as far as width goes. Available in a couple colors and from various places. It can be replaced. Yours may have metal in it that has deteriorated causing it to come loose. May be a little tricky if it curves down the front and rear, which I assume it does, same as our Uhaul. You may have to temporary clamp it in position or use a adhesive under it like Proflex. And for your roof vent you may have to replace the whole unit if a cover can't be found.
