Torsion axle help

Hello everyone. My question is I have a 1978 Trillium model 1300. I need to replace the Torsion axles. I would like to use 2,000 lb equalizer Torsion axles at starting angle of 22.5 degrees. Is this a good way to go? Thanks in advance[emoji1]

Don't know quite where you're at, but I just finished fitting a Flexiride axle w/electric brakes from City Spring in Edmonton...quick service and very good product knowledge at the parts/sales desk.

Not the least expensive option, but looks like a quality part. That it's easily adjustable for angle/ride height was a huge selling point for me.

Yes, City Spring is good - I had them replace my boat trailer axle many years ago, standard leaf spring.

I bought a torsion axle from Standens in Edmonton for my Trillium 4500. They were easy to work with as well - they have an on-line order form to help out.

I can't remember the dimensions and angles that I used, however. Can't remember anything, unless it's REALLY important, like the words to Us and Them by Pink Floyd...
