Trillium 1300 roof fan

Hi,
Our roof vent is 9x9 and I see the newer fans are 14x14.
Is there a 9x9 fan available ?
Really dont want to cut a bigger hole.
I found a mod on a computer fan but would like something better.

Thanks,

Rich

I did just this adding the largest two speed computer fan I could find, and my daughter actually finds she keeps it on the slower speed much of the time as it still provides a nice flow of air. The faster speed moves a fair bit of air. Both speeds are very quiet too.

I have the MaxxFan in my Escape, and find it barely ever is operated at more than a slow speed anyway. A warm night sees us crack a window by our heads with the fan on super slow, drawing a nice fresh breeze across our faces.

The only fans I have seen that fit in the smaller opening are cheap, extremely noisy ones. There could be a quieter one out there, but I ain't seen it, yet!

Like Jim said, a small 12VDC computer fan, but with a PWM speed control:
