trillium 1300 upper cabinet flaw fix?

I have just purchased a new to me '73 trillium in great shape, as I am cleaning it up, I think I found a flaw in the upper cabinet original fibreglass work that pushes the T molding down.

Here is a pic...

Because fibre glass does not bend the only solution I can think of is to use a cut-off wheel to remove and "re-mold" it.....

Any one have experience with this?

No the roof looks good, the cabinet is not attached to the roof in the upper front section where you can see that the edge is not formed straight. It creates an open seam too wide for the Tmolding to cover it

Mine is a '75 Trillium and it looks the same as your pics BUT mine has a nice white edge moulding that, I would put money on, is original.. You can get the same moulding at most hardware stores as it is used for edging on thin plywood and aborite where there is a transition between materials..

You will need enough for all 3 edges and then put the side ones on first and cover the exposed ends with the third or "front" piece.. It will look like new ;-)

This is on the kitchen cabinet?
I would have to unglue the ensolite to get to the side edges and the front edge is not straight so I don't think the trim would go on without cutting it .
It really looks like the fg was not laid down flat when the cabinet was made
