Try this: sales[at]trilliumrv.com

I received a reply from them a few weeks ago, and that was where it came from.

Red face

Team Trillium is in Canada and is producing the Outback
http://www.trilliumtrailers.com/

Trillium RV is in the US.
http://www.trilliumrv.com/index.htm

So, I'd try sales[at]trilliumtrailers.com for Canada

and sales[at]trilliumrv.com for US

As far as I know, they are different companies and both do business in Canada and in the U.S. So I'd say it's a matter of deciding if you're trying to reach Outback or Trillium.

Yes, Trillium USA has contracted Escape Trailers to do their frame molds and then put their own part spec on in the USA.

Trillium Outback (Alberta) does the entire trailer, mold and spec. On top of that, Escape Trailers is making their own 13' Trillium using wood cabinets instead of fiberglass. Trilliums FTW!

The point I was trying to make is Ann was looking for an address for the Canadian Trillium. That's Team Trillium.... not Trillium RV. She was provided info for TrilliumRV.com and needed TrilliumTrailer.com

Confusing EH?

Yes, confusing... Even more so, now that trailers for both companies are made, assembled and sold in Canada. One in Alberta, the other in B.C. Who's the "Canadian Trillium" now?

One is based in Canada but doesn't really make "Trilliums" even though it has the word Trillium in its company name, and the other has its head office in the U.S. but makes Canadian trailers with the actual Trillium "TM" logo on them.

I think Trillium RV, although the body is made in BC, is actually sold through the US headquarters... not in Canada. Escape is building the body, but doesn't have anything to do with the sales. Escape is actually building their own Escape 13 to sell. So, there really is only one Trillium in Canada and one Trillium in the US

Right?

I guess what we really want to know is are you trying to contact the NEW Trillium manufacturer, that's building the older style Trillium (US). Or, are you trying to contact the manufacturer of the Trillium Outback (Canada)?

I feel like I'm going in circles

It may help if we knew what you were looking for besides the e-mail address. Some one here may be able to help in that way.

I understand what you're saying. If you're talking about the similar company names, you're absolutely right. But not the trailers. This was explained to me by both companies. What I understand is that "officially", the Outback is no more of a Trillium than the Escape 13 is. It's an Outback. Not that it matters that much (especially to Ann), since they're all good products, but they sure seem to go to great lengths to make it blurry, in my opinion.

So if I wanted to start splitting hairs about "Canadian Trillium", I would think that neither trailer is. One is not really Canadian (though it's now made in Canada), and the other is not a Trillium. But both companies answer inquiries from both countries like any two distinct manufacturers in the same market (and both can quote in Canadian dollars and ship anywhere), so that's why I think that one should choose which company or product they want to deal with regardless of where their head office is located. You may get different results.

In short, try both.

Make sense?

How about contacting them through the contact page asking for an e-mail address that will accept attachments... or a phone number so you can call them?
